Many foreclosures are already listed by real estate agents, but sometimes banks will sell them on their own. That is why I decided to put together this list of 17 Foreclosure Listing Websites that may have never thought of. Each of these sites rotate their home/reo inventory so if you find one that has several in your area you will want to check them often.
Foreclosure homes can be tricky to buy so I would recommend taking the following two steps to see if it may be the right type of property for you:
1.) Get Preapproved Before Looking: Some homes may not qualify for a mortgage due to their condition. A good mortgage lender will let you know if foreclosed home is right for you. You can see if you qualify by starting our 60 second application by CLICKING HERE.
2.) Once you have a preapproval letter, be sure to contact a real estate agent to help you. In most cases, a real estate agent gets paid by the seller so it is worth while for you to take advantage of an opportunity like this and find an agent that is experienced with working with foreclosures.
Here is the list, if you have any questions about buying a foreclosed home you are welcome to email me at [email protected]
FHA Foreclosures For Sale: Did you know that FHA will list homes for sale in your area on their own website? You will want to check this site often because the list of homes for sale changes every day. CLICK HERE TO FIND FHA FORECLOSED HOMES
